Robert Fioretti is a “Business/Success Coach,” author, keynote speaker and owner of Infinite Possibilities, LLC. Bob has been an entrepreneur for most of his life starting 10 companies in the areas of real estate, banking, fundraising and coaching. His gift of connecting with all types of people has him sought after as a motivational speaker on success, entrepreneurship, creating wealth, mastering your self communication, leadership and life. He supports his clients to live life with passion, fun, love, wealth, vibrant health and fulfillment.

He created and taught his Six Weeks to Optimum Success class in Napa for a number of years. In 2009 Bob’s wisdom around success gave him the opportunity to co-author a book with Stephen Covey, Brian Tracy and Ken Blanchard called Discover Your Inner Strength. Collectively, these three gentlemen have sold over 35 million copies of their books and tapes and have been recognized around the world for their success.

Bob invests in real estate and is an advisor to two real estate companies headquartered in Charlotte, NC and Boca Raton, FL. These companies finance, build and develop real estate and have completed close to a billion dollars in transactions. Prior to creating Infinite Possibilities, Bob was the President of a residential building and development company and was responsible for over 30 real estate developments in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area with a sellout value of over $250 million.  His developments won local, regional, and national awards for construction, design, customer service, and sales and marketing excellence.

In 1991, Bob was distinguished with the National Pacesetter Award, as one of the country's top five young leaders in the home building industry. In that same year he was also recognized as Builder of the Year by the Metropolitan Builders Association. In 1994, Mr. Fioretti was only the fifth person in his graduating class to win the prestigious Lehigh Alumni Award.

Bob graduated from Lehigh University in 1984 with a B.A. in government.  He has continued his education on real estate development, financing, sales & marketing, leadership, management, communication, coaching, and entrepreneurship at New York University's Real Estate School, the National Association of Home Builders, Urban Land Institute, American Management Association, Dale Carnegie, Anthony Robbins Mastery University, Coach U and Leadership Napa Valley. 

Mr. Fioretti has served on more than a dozen boards. In the 1980’s he was appointed by New Jersey Governor Thomas Kean to be a member of the NJ Rental Housing Committee. Bob also heads up the Fioretti Family Endowed Scholarship Fund supporting real estate and entrepreneurism at Lehigh University and has helped develop one of the first three/four year undergraduate real estate programs in the country there. Bob was a Eucharistic Minister at St. Mary’s Church in Pompton Lakes, NJ and is currently a member of the Napa Valley Center for Spiritual Living. In 2005, he graduated with Class 18 in Leadership Napa Valley and assisted Mayor Jill Techel run the program for five years. Since 2008 he has worked with the Superintendent of the Napa Valley Unified School district, NapaLearns and their SC21 program to transform the future of education in the Napa Valley as well as California and the rest of the country.

Bob lives in Napa, CA with his wife Tina of 16 years. He approaches life with an open mind, passion, love and fun. He is a sportsman and adventurous: he enjoys traveling, wine making, learning, laughing, staying healthy, spending time with family and friends and living life to the fullest.
